The President of the National Assembly, Aubin Minaku, has been the object of several criticisms in the last 24 hours by the MPs Members of Parties of the Opposition after the dismissal of the debate on the conflict in Kasaï and the series of  » escapes of prisoners in recent months in several prison houses in DR Congo.

On the basis of these criticisms, the incidental motion waged by National MP Zacharie Bababaswe in opposition to motions of no confidence against the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary, and the Minister of State in charge of Justice , Alexis Thambwe Mwamba.

The MP Toussaint Alonga invites the national elected representatives to « assume full responsibility » in front of the behavior of the Speaker of the Lower House of the Parliament which, according to him, is « emptying parliamentary democracy of its substance »

Faced with the accusations of the initiators of motions of defiance against the Ministers of the Interior and Justice, Aubin Minaku, also Secretary General of the Presidential Majority defends himself saying, in turn, that he is fulfilling his role in accordance with the « principles ».
