Planned on Monday, September 11, the Tripartite between the National Council of the Monitoring of the Agreement (CNSA) of 31 December, the Government and the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) was rescheduled at a later date.
Convened by the CNSA to assess the electoral process, the meeting will be held, according to a member of the institution, Bernard Beya, on the return of Prime Minister Bruno Tshibala, on mission in Europe.
This meeting will focus mainly on the evaluation of the electoral process in terms of funding and planning for the development by the CENI of the electoral calendar.
