Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) President, Corneille Nangaa, traveled to the United States on Monday for an official mission whose purpose and duration have not been revealed, says a report by the ACP.
In early September, the President of CENI made a trip to the American capital, where he conducted discussions with partners on the ongoing electoral process in the DRC.
In addition, Corneille Nangaa could take this opportunity to present the challenges (financial and logistical) facing his institution, in connection with the organization of the elections in accordance with the Agreement of 31 December 2016.
